Uniting five family brands under one cohesive identity helped reflect their forward-thinking approach and commitment to agile results. The rebrand cleared the noise, creating a strong, clear message that resonates with both clients and employees, driving sustainable growth in today’s evolving landscape.

Highspring’s new identity is sleek and modern, designed to reflect its commitment to agility and innovation. The color palette is vibrant and dynamic, creating a professional yet approachable tone. Bold 3D elements represent service areas, while a simplified logo unifies the brand, symbolizing leadership and forward momentum. The logo, once split across several family brands, now stands as a strong, singular mark that connects strategy, talent, and execution. Typography has been refreshed to Figtree, offering a friendly, yet corporate feel with a punch. Imagery now features real people in real situations, with an editorial, dynamic style that highlights innovation, collaboration, and adaptability.

LAUNCH DAY DIGITAL campaign ASSETS

Digital assets were created for Launch Day on March 31st, 2025, as part of a comprehensive campaign to generate engagement and visibility. This included over 85 digital ads across 11 different sizes, tailored for various sites and platforms to ensure a cohesive and impactful presence. Following the launch, our team executed a Wall Street Journal page takeover on April 4th, 2025, as a major highlight of the rebrand launch. These digital ads not only amplified the brand’s presence but also drove significant lead generation, attracting 10,000+ new audiences to join additional announcement emails from Highspring, further expanding the campaign’s reach and impact.

“AGILITY AT WORK” CAMPAIGN ASSETS

The "Agility at Work" campaign highlights Highspring's commitment to helping businesses quickly and effectively adapt to change. The goal was to visually communicate agility while staying true to the brand's new identity, with the tagline resonating in the fast-paced world of business transformation.

To bring this concept to life, various design approaches were explored, focusing on movement, relatability, and innovation. A range of assets–including digital ads, thought leadership pieces, brand manifesto, social posts, and event materials–was created with clean, dynamic visuals that emphasized Highspring's agile approach. Each asset reinforced the campaign’s focus on empowering businesses to move forward with confidence and speed.
